Delivery & returns


Delivery is free for all used and surplus seating orders to all UK Mainland addresses. If you would like us to quote for delivery to other addresses, please contact us.

Delivery charges for new seating vary and are priced per enquiry, please provide your postcode. If you use our Installation services, in some cases delivery can be made by the fitters at no extra cost.


  • Please notify us within 7 days in writing for returns and refunds. We will only accept applications up to 14 days.
  • We do not accept returns that are due to a change of mind.
  • If the item you have purchased has been customised for you in any way – including having the chairs upholstered in a certain colour that was not in stock – then our returns policy does not apply and refunds would be at our discretion.
  • The manufacturer reserves the right to alter, modify and update specifications to improve the products without prior notice.
  • Returns policy does not apply to customers that have visited our showroom and/or collected goods from our warehouse.
  • Cost of return carriage is the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Returns must be intact & in the condition in which they were sent out.
