How long does delivery take?
We use a variety of couriers depending on your location. We will contact you after you have placed your order to arrange a delivery date. Delivery time varies depending on stock and specification levels, but some products can be with you the following day. Some items are also available for immediate collection from our showroom in Southend-on-Sea, Essex.
What does delivery cost?
Delivery within Mainland UK is completely free for most of our standard products. This excludes Highlands and Islands. For overseas and designer seating delivery costs, please contact us.
Can I fit the chairs myself?
These are commercial products that are not normally for retail sale, they therefore do not come with Assembly or Installation instructions. Only very competent trade or DIY people – with a wide variety of tools – should attempt to carry out the work. We do not accept any responsibility for accident, injury to the person and damage to the product through incorrect or poor Installation and Assembly.
In the photographs the chairs are shown fitted to small carpeted plinths – these are for display purposes only & some chairs are not safe to use on these plinths. Please contact us if you are unsure about a plinth for the model of chair you require.

Chair dimensions are available on each product page. We are also able to provide drawing and design services via CAD, please send us the dimensions of your room and a rough location of where you would like the chairs and we can tell you exactly how many chairs will fit, at a cost of £55 per plan.

Certification
As part of our Commercial operations, we are manufacturers and suppliers of Upholstery to the Aircraft and Bus seating sectors working with the likes of First Group and Arriva. We are ISO9001 certified and full members of the Furniture Industry Research Association.
All of our products meet commercial Fire Retardancy standards which are far higher and more difficult to achieve than the current Domestic levels. Our chairs are also structurally tested to BS8474 and we are the only commercial supplier that meets this standard when selling to Cinema chains.
